Aristech Acrylics® (USA)

Aristech Acrylics® is a US manufacturer of premium acrylic sheets used to produce shells for hot tubs, pools and wellness equipment. The material is continuously cast acrylic (PMMA – polymethyl methacrylate), characterised by high density, non-porosity and a homogeneous structure. It forms the interior surface of the hot tub, which is in direct contact with water and the user. Bio-Lock® technology gives the surface a reduced ability to retain microorganisms and dirt. The acrylic is also UV-stabilised, which prevents colour degradation and loss of gloss. Combined with fibreglass reinforcement, it forms a strong, durable and dimensionally stable structural component of the hot tub.
