Shower Zone (Wellness Area)

The shower zone is a functional part of the wellness area intended for rinsing the body before and after sauna use or bathing in a hot tub. For hygiene and operational reasons, it is separated from the sauna and hot tub by its own floor covering and drainage, capable of withstanding permanent contact with water. The shower zone floor is graded towards a floor drain so that water does not stand on the surface. The walls and floor use materials with high moisture resistance, for example PVC flooring, tiles or composite boards. In outdoor wellness setups, the shower zone is often designed as a separate shelter or part of a technical room.
