The configuration is finalised once the space has been surveyed and the technical proposal approved. Delivery of saunas takes 4 to 12 weeks from the deposit payment, depending on the model and the chosen configuration. Every unit is checked against structural and safety parameters before dispatch.

We select structures built from certified timber rated for sustained thermal load. The exterior is usually thermowood or spruce cladding; the interior and benches use aspen, lime or abachi — resin-free species with low thermal conductivity that stay cool to the touch.

Yes. Every project starts with an analysis of the space. The models are based on a modular system that allows configuration without compromising structural stability or architectural integrity.

Installation is carried out by a specialist team following a defined procedure. Once installed, the unit is function-tested and the technology is calibrated. We also provide follow-up servicing and long-term support.

Sauna bathing is not only relaxation but also natural recovery for the body. A stable thermal environment supports physical and mental recovery. Regularity is what produces the long-term effect, which is why the structure and insulation have to deliver even, controlled conditions.

Order and delivery

Saunas are delivered within 4 to 12 weeks and hot tubs and soaking tubs within 4 to 8 weeks. For pergolas it depends on the type: roughly 4 to 12 weeks for fixed-roof models and 8 to 16 weeks for bioclimatic pergolas with adjustable louvres. The period starts from the deposit payment. We confirm the exact date once the configuration is approved.

Yes — to Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. For saunas and hot tubs, delivery is free, right to the delivery address. For pergolas, delivery is charged by distance — €0.75 per kilometre from our warehouse — and installation is a separate item; you can price both directly in the configurator.

For saunas and hot tubs, yes — installation and commissioning are included in the price, as is delivery. Both are carried out by our own expert team. For pergolas, installation is a separate item — the configurator prices it together with delivery.

The installation site must be reachable by a lorry, with roughly 10 metres of clear space in front of it for manoeuvring. Lifting equipment for unloading — usually a crane — is arranged by the customer. Delivery and installation only go ahead if the outside temperature stays above −4 °C. Technical questions

Most outdoor saunas need a three-phase 400 V supply, typically 3×16 A depending on the heater output. Smaller models and infrared saunas run on 230 V. The electrical work must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. Exact requirements are listed in each model specification.

It depends on the size, the position on your plot and on local regulations, which vary between municipalities. We recommend checking with your local building authority before ordering — we are happy to prepare the documentation you need.

The electrical supply, a level load-bearing base and working ventilation are the customer's responsibility before installation. If the base does not meet the requirements, installation is postponed until it does. For saunas, adequate ventilation is also a condition of the warranty.

Warranty and service

We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of handover unless otherwise agreed in the contract. The exact scope and conditions are set out in our terms and conditions.

Damage caused by inadequate ventilation or prolonged condensation, damage to the heater from unsuitable products, work on the electrical section by an unauthorised person, and the natural changes in the colour and texture of timber caused by heat and humidity. Faults arising from an unsuitable prepared site are also excluded.

Yes. We service products after the warranty period too — scheduled inspections, repairs and spare parts. We run separate service programmes for saunas, tubs and pergolas.

Spare parts are available to order and we keep common items in stock. Heaters, electronics and controls are components from established brands, so availability is not tied to a single model.

Saunas

The range covers barrel, cabin, cube, panoramic and modular saunas for 4 to 8 people, with footprints from 200 × 200 cm up to 300 × 700 cm. Capacity is fixed by the structure and cannot be extended after installation, so it pays to allow some headroom. Models with a changing room, covered terrace or shower zone bring the facilities inside the building itself.

The exterior is usually thermowood or spruce cladding, while the interior and benches use aspen, lime or abachi. Resin content and thermal conductivity decide the placement: pine and spruce are higher in both, so they belong on walls and structure rather than benches. Abachi stays lukewarm to the touch even at 90 to 100 °C. Thermowood is heat-treated at 160 to 215 °C without chemicals and lasts 20 to 30 years outdoors.

The starting point is roughly 1 kW per 1 m³ of cabin volume — so 5 to 7 kW for a 5 to 7 m³ cabin and 9 to 12 kW for 9 to 12 m³. Glazed areas, stone or tiled wall surfaces and an outdoor location all push the figure up. Final sizing is always confirmed by the technical table for the specific heater. Both electric and wood-burning heaters are available.

In winter the pre-heat takes 30 to 60 % longer than in summer. With a 9 kW heater at −10 °C that means roughly 35 to 50 minutes, with a 12 kW heater 20 to 35 minutes, and with a wood-burning heater 45 to 75 minutes. A single session uses about 8 kWh in summer, 11.5 kWh at −5 °C and 14.5 kWh at −15 °C. Running the sauna at 80 to 90 °C rather than 100 °C narrows that gap noticeably.

Ventilate after every session and let the cabin cool with the door ajar. Interior timber is never varnished or painted — clean it with a water-based solution and no aggressive chemicals. Only clean water or oils approved for saunas belong on the heater; anything else damages it and voids the warranty. Check the sauna stones once a year and replace them every 1 to 2 years as a rule.

Yes, that is what it is built for. Insulation matters, as does EPDM door sealing rated down to −40 °C. The foundation has to reach the local frost line — 80 to 120 cm in Slovakia — otherwise frost will move the structure. The condensate drain must stay clear; a blocked drain in freezing weather will damage the floor.

Yes. The models in this category are free-standing structures with their own roof and shell, and they need no interior building work — they work at a family house, in a cabin let to guests, in a guesthouse, in accommodation facilities and in a wellness operation open to the public. For commercial use the difference lies mainly in the choice of capacity and layout: more frequent use argues for a larger cabin, an entrance hall and a shower zone.

Hot tubs

An integrated heater sits inside the tub, takes up less space in the garden and heats the water faster because it is in direct contact with it. An external heater stands outside the tub, leaves more room inside and is easier to replace. Heat-up time is roughly 2 to 4 hours either way, depending on water volume.

A two-person ofuro holds around 750 litres. Mid-size tubs 200 to 225 cm across hold roughly 1,100 to 1,700 litres for 5 to 9 people, and the largest square models 1,700 to 2,100 litres. Cold plunge tubs are single-person, with an internal diameter of about 85 to 90 cm. Typical tub depth is 88 to 95 cm.

Acrylic is non-porous and UV-stable with a smooth, hygienic surface; it is reinforced with fibreglass, which provides strength rather than surface quality. Stainless steel offers higher mechanical resistance and a different look — parts in permanent contact with treated water use AISI 316 with molybdenum, which resists chlorides. On every type the base is treated timber drawn together with stainless steel bands.

Weekly, in this order: measure, adjust pH, dose the sanitiser, rinse the filter. Target pH 7.2 to 7.6, chlorine 3 to 5 mg/l and alkalinity 80 to 120 mg/l — above pH 7.8 chlorine loses more than 60 % of its effectiveness. Clean the filter chemically once a month by soaking it; a cartridge lasts 12 to 24 months. Change the water once TDS passes 1,500 mg/l. An ozonator and a UV-C lamp cut chemical consumption substantially but do not replace oxidation.

If you keep it heated, that is normal year-round operation — most heat escapes through the open water surface, which is why a thermal cover pays for itself faster than any other accessory. If you shut the tub down for winter, drain it, blow compressed air through every jet and inlet for at least three seconds, remove the filter, leave the valves open and cover the tub. Water left to freeze in the pipework or pump causes cracks that are very expensive to repair.

That depends on volume, insulation, the heating method and whether you keep the tub at temperature all year or heat it before each bath. The difference between an insulated tub with a thermal cover and one with no insulation is more than threefold. Pergolas

A fixed-roof pergola is glazed with polycarbonate or safety glass — a simpler structure, a lower price and a constant level of shade. A bioclimatic pergola has adjustable louvres with a 130° range, so you control both light and airflow, and closed louvres keep the rain out. Louvres are almost always aluminium — timber expands unevenly with humidity and the mechanism jams.

In the configurator you can set a width of 300 to 2,000 cm, a depth of 200 to 500 cm and a height of 200 to 350 cm. The number of posts is calculated automatically — two up to 506 cm, four above 906 cm. A bioclimatic module measures at most 600 × 400 cm, and modules can be joined with no limit on total area.

The structure is rated for wind up to 100 km/h and a roof load of 110 kg/m². The specific solution accounts for the snow zone of your location; in heavier snowfall the snow is cleared from the louvres or the louvres are opened. Fixed roofs have a 5 to 6° pitch.

Drainage is built into the profiles and the downpipes run inside the supporting posts, so there are no visible external gutters. Where the downpipe discharges needs to be settled during groundworks, not at installation. On a louvred pergola drainage only works with the louvres closed, which is why the rain sensor and the drainage form a single system.

The anchoring system allows mounting onto a terrace, against a facade, or onto separate foundations — depending on whether the pergola stands alone or adjoins the house. The base and the drainage connection are prepared by the customer. We can handle installation, or you can assemble the structure yourself using the supplied documentation.

The powder-coated aluminium finish needs no regular maintenance. Rinse the louvres with water in the open position, using a mild detergent if necessary. Once or twice a year check the gutter in the frame and the downpipe inlet, where leaves collect — water left standing in a downpipe can damage the profile when it freezes. Wash screen fabrics with a soft brush, never a pressure washer.
