Order and delivery
Standard models are delivered within 2-4 weeks. Custom saunas have a delivery time of 6-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. We will inform you of the exact date after confirming the order.

Installation is not included in the price of the product as standard, but we offer it as an additional service. Our certified technicians will ensure professional assembly and commissioning.

Technical questions
Most of our saunas require a 400V three-phase connection. Smaller models and infrared saunas operate on standard 230V. Please refer to each product specification for exact requirements.
Depending on the size and location of the sauna, a building permit or building notification may be required. We recommend consulting your local building authority. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation.
Regular ventilation after each use, occasional cleaning of benches and walls, and once a year treatment of the wood with special oil. We supply a detailed maintenance manual with each sauna.

Warranty and service
We provide a 5-year warranty on construction and a 2-year warranty on electrical components. Premium models have an extended warranty of up to 10 years.
Yes, our service team is available even after the warranty period. We offer regular service inspections, repairs and spare parts supplies.
All spare parts are available to order. We have most common parts in stock and can ship them within 24 hours.
