Delivery and Installation

This page explains how delivery, handover, assembly and commissioning of a sauna or hot tub work with us. Please read it before ordering, especially the section on moving the product to its installation point.

Overview: what the price includes

Free delivery

You do not pay for the delivery of saunas or hot tubs. We deliver the product to your gate or front door, that is, to the point the vehicle can safely reach.

We give you the delivery date in advance as a time window and agree the exact day with you. On handover, we sign a handover protocol together.

Moving the sauna or hot tub to its installation point

Our saunas are delivered ready-built and weigh approximately 500 to 2,500 kg. Hot tubs are also large and heavy. They therefore cannot be carried by hand from the gate to the installation point.

If the sauna or hot tub needs to be moved across the garden or over a longer distance, the customer arranges the lifting equipment. Depending on the size and weight of the product, this means:

• a forklift truck,
• a pallet truck, or
• a mobile truck-mounted crane.

If you are not sure which equipment your sauna or hot tub and your site will require, please contact us before ordering. We will advise you for the specific model.

DIY saunas (kits) are the exception. They are delivered flat-packed, so the parts can be carried in piece by piece and the sauna assembled directly on site.

Conditions on delivery

• Access to the unloading point must be suitable for a lorry of up to approximately 40 tonnes, with sufficient width for the size of the product.
• Allow a manoeuvring space of approximately 10 m in front of the installation point.
• We carry out delivery and assembly at outdoor temperatures above −4 °C. In excessively strong wind or in snow or rain showers with wind, we may reschedule the appointment.
• You or a person you authorise must be present at handover.

Assembly

The price of almost all our saunas includes assembly. We deliver them assembled and ready to be set in place.

The exception is DIY saunas, which arrive flat-packed with detailed assembly documentation. You can assemble them yourself; with ordinary DIY skills it is a job for two people. If you would rather not handle it yourself, add the 390 € assembly option in the configurator and our team will put the sauna together.

Free commissioning

We commission every sauna and hot tub free of charge. Commissioning a sauna includes:

• connecting the sauna to the electrical supply,
• starting and testing the heater,
• explaining how to use the sauna and heater correctly,
• a complete check of the sauna on site.

Commissioning is also free of charge for hot tubs.
