Nordic Villa creates a year-round wellness unit with a full range of facilities – a 225 × 256 cm sauna, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a covered terrace. The internal height of 266 cm enhances the feeling of spaciousness.
With a capacity of 6 people, it is suitable for family sauna sessions as well as private wellness areas.
The ceiling, floor and walls are insulated with 15 cm of mineral wool – a design intended for stable operation even in winter. Panoramic windows made of 8 mm thick tempered, tinted double glazing are fitted into Kömmerling PVC frames.
The external dimensions of 320×600 cm, height 266, are divided into functional zones: sauna 225×256, entrance hall 212×256 + terrace.
The exterior features vertically laid brushed spruce, whilst the terrace façade is clad in sun-bleached timber with a natural surface finish. The bathroom features tiled flooring, a recessed shower tray (80 × 80 cm), sliding aluminium doors and a black shower unit; the walls are clad in PVC panels.
Standard fittings include a complete electrical installation with heat-resistant wiring, ventilation and interior lighting. You can customise the exact fittings and heater in the configurator.
The construction and materials are designed for long-term outdoor use without the need for major maintenance.
The exterior colour scheme is selectable according to the configuration. Construction quality and material specifications remain consistent across all variants.
